Calling Cards
The reseller has the option of
setting up their own calling card system in their respective
perimeters. In this system, resellers will be able to sell calling
cards to their customers, which will carry the authorization
information to place a call by dialing the access line that
could connect to the Horizontel Switch. To achieve this, you
might have to buy your own hardware and local access lines to
be located locally at your premise.
• This service is available
either for SOHO type gateway, IP Phones or carrier class VOIP
gateway (e.g. Cisco, Quintum).
• Our SMART (Service Management
& Reselling Tool) will allow automated generation of authorization
codes (user ID’s, passwords) which could be a hassle-free
process when printing calling cards.
• The user who purchases
the calling card will simply need to dial the access number
provided by the reseller and follow the voice prompts to place
a call from any phone!
• All voice prompts (IVR)
and billing will be done at the switch of Horizontel eliminating
the reseller’s need to purchase additional hardware for
the same.
The Reseller Provides:
• Voice Gateway (a minimum
of 2 ports sufficient)
• Internet Bandwidth (minimum 24kbps/port)
• Local Access Lines (Analog / Digital Phone Lines)
