Callback
• Flexible Billing Duration
• PIN and Tariff Management
• Unmatched Quality & Connectivity
The resellers who opt for the
web based packages with Callback service will enjoy a fully
braded website complete with downloadable desktop Callback dialer
and a web based online Callback dialer. ANI callback number
would be provided to selected countries upon request. SMS callback
would require a simple setup by the reseller for which full
assistance and support would be provided by our highly trained
technical support team. The SMART (Service Management &
Reselling Tool) would allow full control over this service including
tariff management and PIN generation.
Our Callback solution offers
four types of variations of this service for the end users’
convenience:
• Desktop Callback (downloadable
callback dialer)
• Web Callback (online callback dialer embedded in the
reseller’s website)
• SMS Callback (setup on the reseller’s end)
• ANI Callback (traditional callback method – no
internet access required)
Desktop Callback:
This callback feature allows users to make a callback by simply
logging in to the callback dialer which they would download
from the reseller’s website and install in their computer.
From the dialer, they would be able to provide the two numbers
to which they would like the make the callback (source number
& destination number). This feature of callback is ideal
for users who experience low bandwidth and packet loss issues
on their internet connection.
Web Callback:
The service offers the same features as Desktop Callback with
an online dialer which can be access by the users by logging
into the services provider’s website. There is no software
to be downloaded, thus making it an ideal option when using
a PC away from home, for instance – internet cafés,
airports, etc – where you’re unable to download
and install any software.
SMS Callback:
This feature of callback requires a simple setup on the reseller’s
end thus enabling their user’s to initiate a callback
by simply sending an SMS trigger to the SMS callback access
number. The reseller would setup a simple SMS server (a mobile
phone with a GSM connection connected to a computer with internet
access) and this mobile number would be the SMS callback access
number for the users. Our support team would provide the SMS
Forwarding Software which would be required in order to forward
the SMS from the reseller’s computer to the Horizontel switch
and initiate the callback. Please refer the SMS callback manual
for more details.
ANI Callback:
This is the traditional callback feature, where the user would
not need to be anywhere near a computer, and does not require
access to internet. They would dial a callback access number,
and this call would not be answered, rather, it would be disconnected
and our switch would call the user back (hence the name ‘callback’)
on the same number as the CLI (caller line identity) of the
caller would be identified by the switch. Access numbers for
ANI callback can be provided to selected number of countries.
Users anywhere in the globe can access this number as long as
they have IDD facility and without the worry about being charged
for an IDD call, as the call would be disconnected (not be answered)
and the user would be called back automatically from switch
immediately. Please refer the ANI Callback manual for more details
